WE BEGAN OUR OPERATIONS in 1995, which makes our company one of the most experienced real estate valuation companies in Finland. We were also the first real estate valuation corporation accepted by the Finnish Property Valuation Board, operating under the Central Chamber of Commerce. This Board handles the authorization of all property valuers and monitors all their activities in Finland.

WE ARE ALSO a member of the European Valuers’ Alliance (https://eva-euvaluersalliance.com/), which is composed of Europe’s leading real estate valuation companies, all working together as a network to offer a reliable, consistent valuation service right across the continent. In total, it includes more than 750 professional valuers.

TO ENSURE THE QUALITY and reliability of the valuation, we have two highly trained, Authorised Real Estate Valuers at your service. They are all authorized and accepted by the Chamber of Commerce (AKA, KHK). Furthermore, our Managing Director Matti Vierula has the recognized RICS certificate (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).

THE EXTENT OF THE VALUATION is defined in accordance with your company’s needs – from brief to extensive valuation reports.

IN ALL OUR WORK, we apply the International Valuation Standards (IVS), which are approved in the International Accounting Standards (IAS). We also follow the ethical guidelines and regulations created by the Finnish Association for Authorized Real Estate Valuation.

ADDITIONALLY, we maintain an extensive database on all our real estate valuations. It can be used for compiling suitable Finnish real estate market analyses for your company.
